Let The Redeemed Declare It!

I want to post the lyrics to a wonderful song today called Let The Redeemed by Phillips, Craig and Dean. I can so relate to this song, for this is exactly how I feel about what the Lord has done for me. How awesome and true this song is, and how Awesome and True is our God!

Freedom's song is loudest if you've lived a life of change,

And grace is most amazing in the middle of your chains,

And hope burns at its brightest when the night has been too long,

The father's arms most welcome when you've been so far from home.

And he who's been forgiven much, loves much in return.

Chorus:

Let the redeemed declare it, look what God has done,

Tell of his endless mercies and his everlasting love.

Let the redeemed declare it, name above all names,

Lift high this king most holy, lavish him with praise.

Let the redeemed!

Arms of love feel strongest when you've been so all alone.

Faith is so surprising when fear is all you've known.

Forgiveness kiss tastes sweetest when you've all but lost your way.

Life is so much sweeter if you've looked death in the face.

One once lost has now been found, the dead now lives again.

Chorus:

Let the redeemed declare it, look what God has done,

Tell of his endless mercies, and his everlasting love.

Let the redeemed declare it, name above all names,

Lift high this king most holy, lavish him with praise.

Let the redeemed!

It doesn't take monumental feats to make the world a better place. It can be as simple as letting someone go ahead of you in a grocery line.
