I am amazed at seeing the blooming of the beautiful flower that is Ellie. In the last month or two, she has just amazed me beyond comprehension. God's grace has and is being poured out over her life and ours as well. What a joy to see the adoption process unfold before my very eyes. Thank you, Jesus.

Changing topics, what are the supplements that your recommend for soothing the nervous system? I remembered you mentioning Flaxseed Oil (at least that's what I thought) for kids who just seem to be very tempermental/easily agitated or melting down.
