A Slice of Home

Just wanted to squeeze in a few pics of our home life these last couple of weeks with Elroi. I want to take a special opportunity to say how proud I am of my sons and their love and acceptance of Ellie. They have been so unbelievably kind and considerate of her since she came home. The grace of the Lord was being poured out over them and over all of us, and I am so thankful. (The above sign drawn by Abraham was waiting for us on the wall when we walked in the door on our return from Ethiopia. So precious!)

And to each of you who prayed, gave, encouraged and supported us the entire journey, I want to say "thank you." Words are just not enough to express how we feel. Please know that you have been a vital seed in her little life, and without your help being the hands and feet of the Lord, it would not have been possible. Enjoy these pictures and know that you made a difference in her life for eternity.

It doesn't take monumental feats to make the world a better place. It can be as simple as letting someone go ahead of you in a grocery line.
