Christian Way Farm Day

Have you ever seen a goat in a tree? This might just be the first for some of you! Well, here in Kentucky, it is a common occurence. Did you know that? Just kidding!

Today was a beautiful day in Western Kentucky. Our homeschool group went to Christian Way Farms today for a field trip, and we had a blast! We got to ride on a hay ride, go through a corn maze, pick out pumpkins from a patch, feed lambs, goats, and cows, play on big hay bales and much more...

It was also a day of great encouragement in the homeschooling journey. It was day surrounded by friends who are making this journey as well. I am so blessed to be a part of this group of wonderful women and families.

I love this time of the year. It is my favorite season. I have such great childhood memories of this time of year, when the air is turning slightly colder and the leaves begin to fall. It is just a special time...

It was a wonderful day wasn't it? All of your pictures are wonderful, but I really LOVE your sunflower picture. You can even see the bees in it!

It doesn't take monumental feats to make the world a better place. It can be as simple as letting someone go ahead of you in a grocery line.
