California Here They Come!

Well, my sister and her husband are heading out for Pasadena, CA on Saturday. They are moving there to follow their dreams! My brother-in-law, James, will be pursuing his PhD. in Greek New Testament at Fuller Theological Seminary. Amy has taken a position as a travel nurse. I am so excited for the both of them. This new chapter of their lives will bring much growth and open up even more of the world to them. I wish we could venture off with them!

Yet, I am a little sad, I must say, that they will no longer be in the "South" with us, but more than that, I am happy for them. I am rejoicing with them because they are excited and anticipating this move. James is already driving out there, in fact, with the Honda loaded down with their belongings. They downsized and only took the necessities. How wonderful not to be bogged down with possessions.

Amy and James, Lily and Wesley, you are a precious family. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face to shine upon you and give you His Shalom. I pray much joy for you all, and may you fulfill every plan the Lord has for you in this life. No greater joy can their be!
