My New Venture...

Well, it seems like it is a little more difficult to keep up with my blogging these days! I wonder why? Anyway, life is good. I took Ellie for her first doctor visit today. She did well, until the doctor walked in the room! Poor Dr. Khan, but I am sure he is quite used to crying babies! Overall, she looks good. She is underweight for her age, which is to be expected. Her height is within normal limits, and he didn't see anything that outwardly looked like a problem. So, that's a praise! She does have a bit of a cough and fever right now, so I am watching that, but the manifestation of healing is coming!

On another note, about "moi," I plan to embark on a new journey into the area of Christian Counseling. I am planning on pursuing my doctorate of Christian Counseling degree online through a Christian college and seminary. I am very excited about this opportunity in my life. Those of you who know me well know that I just love anything having to do with psychology/relationships/communication etc. I have talked many of your ears off before, of that I am sure!!! Being a counselor, I will definitely need to hone my listening skills as well.

Anyway, just wanted to share that. It is a vision that the Lord has given to us, and I am so thankful that He has given us this ministry, the ministry of reconciliation. That's what it really is all about isn't it? As Paul said, "Be ye reconciled to God!"
