We've Been Approved!

Good news on our adoption homefront! We have been approved by the Ethiopian Women's Affairs who is in charge of all adoptions in Ethiopia. So, now we are awaiting our documents to go through the court system. Please lift us up to our Father on this journey. We could be traveling within a month possibly! Please join us and pray that all of our needs -- financial, emotional, physical and spiritual will be met on this journey according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, as well as for our precious sons who will be staying with my parents and sister while we are away. Please remember us all as the Spirit leads you. Thank you so, so much.

We are excited.
We are a bewildered.
We are giddy.
We are wondering.
We are astonished.
We are waiting.
We are nervous.
We are prayerful.
We are hopeful.
We are trusting in our Father.
We are loving you, Miss Sara Ellie Rose.

What exciting news! We are so happy for you all and can't wait to meet Ellie.

I passed along your One Dollar adoption info on my blogs. I can only imagine how expensive all of this is, but I know the Lord has wonderful things in store for your family.

Jon says he hopes you all can bring Ellie to the park to play sometime!

Found you through Nancy's homeschoolblogger site and wanted to put you in touch with dear friends of ours who just returned from Ethiopia with 3 siblings. Their blog is at http://jobsdaughters.blogspot.com/ and if you have time, go back to the oldest posts and read forward for a very wonderful story that only the Lord could write. We will be praying for your family and that little Ellie will be in your arms very shortly.
In Christ's love -

Congratulations! She is a beautiful girl! We were also adopting from Liberia and just changed countries, got our dossier in and are waiting for future instructions! We are asking for twin baby girls under 1. Looking forward to keeping up on your journey. Please continue to share on the BFAS yahoo group!

It doesn't take monumental feats to make the world a better place. It can be as simple as letting someone go ahead of you in a grocery line.
